Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque, or card payment as agreed.
Your Consumer Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have certain rights regarding services provided. Services must be performed with reasonable care and skill, within a reasonable time, and at a reasonable price. If services do not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a remedy.
Cancellation Rights
You may cancel a service booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in your service agreement. For services provided at a distance, you have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Complaints Procedure

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 28 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant trade association or seek advice from Citizens Advice.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
