Returns Overview

chelvareuevulao aims to provide quality garden furniture maintenance products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

Product Returns

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Products must be in their original packaging and condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at customer@chelvareuevulao.world with your order details.

Service Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled maintenance service, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for prepaid services will be processed according to the terms agreed at the time of booking.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Defective products must be reported within 30 days of purchase.
